Order Cancellation During Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched and is in transit, customers who wish to cancel their order will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred. This includes both the original outbound shipping fee and any return shipping charges arising from the cancellation. We are unable to waive these fees as they are charged directly by the carrier upon dispatch.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment. Once the order is in transit, cancellation requests will be processed as a return, and all associated shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–15 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
