All products are guaranteed authentic. However, please note that the following conditions are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and do not qualify as quality defects. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed for these reasons. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Not Considered Quality Issues

• 🎨 Uneven paint color — minor color variation that does not affect display or play
• 🔍 Small surface marks — minor smudges or spots
• 🖌️ Minor paint wear — light scratches or paint rub-off
• 🔩 Part gap size — slight gaps between components
• 🧩 Loose parts — can be reattached with glue at the buyer's discretion

7-Day No-Reason Return Policy

Returns within 7 days of receipt are accepted under the following conditions: all original manufacturer accessories, manuals, and factory packaging must be intact and in resalable condition, and the product must be unopened. Opening the product voids eligibility for a no-reason return.

Note: The original brand's cardboard shipping box is considered part of the factory packaging.
